Adam Hopcroft
After 13 years with the NSW Valuer General’s department and State Valuation Office, Adam would be forgiven for needing a holiday. Instead, he joined Walsh & Monaghan in 2002, and became a director in 2008.
Andrew Kelkert
After a successful career in real estate, Andrew ‘saw the light’ and joined Walsh & Monaghan as a valuer in 2001, before becoming a director of the company in 2008.
Neil Menzies
After a lengthy career in agriculture before moving into property valuation, Neil is Walsh & Monaghan’s answer to Australian outback legend, Russell Coight.
Peter Adlington
Peter has been an integral part of Walsh & Monaghan for more than two decades, including eight years as a director.
Luke Bowden
Luke joined the Nowra office in 2016 as a trainee valuer. Now fully qualified, Luke is responsible for much of the Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla rating and taxing work on behalf of the Valuer General. He also takes care of a growing number of private residential and commercial valuations.
Phillipa Djikic
Phillipa joined the Bega team in 2019, looking after the Bega and Eurobodalla rating and taxation contract on behalf of the Valuer General.
Mark Dwyer
With previous experience at the NSW Valuer General’s department and 29 years’ experience in the industry, Mark joined the Bega team in 2019, looking after the Bega and Eurobodalla rating and taxation contract on behalf of the Valuer General.
Patricia Knock
Trish was the first recruit of Walsh & Monaghan’s Bega office, opening in 2019. She brings a wealth of experience in residential, commercial, industrial and rural valuations in the Far South Coast and Monaro regions with a special interest in dairy properties as well as larger grazing and cropping properties.
